These patterns didn’t come from nowhere. They were shaped by relationships where your needs, feelings, or truth were minimised or ignored - often subtly, and over time. This work is about gently reclaiming what’s been lost.
Counselling & EMDR
I offer counselling for a range of issues, with a specialist focus on anxiety and the lasting impact of emotional abuse. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatic - grounded in neuroscience, nervous system healing, as well as EMDR therapy.
Together, we’ll work to rebuild a stronger connection to your body, reclaim your sense of self, and help you feel more confident, grounded, and emotionally free in your life.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) can be a powerful part of this process. It helps the brain reprocess difficult memories that may still feel raw, stuck, or triggering, without necessarily needing to talk about them in detail. Many clients find it helps reduce emotional overwhelm, ease anxiety, and shifts deeply held beliefs like “It was my fault” or “I can’t trust myself.”
